A FEW MINUTES. A LITTLE CURIOSITY.
Make yourself comfortable.
There is nothing to win and no right answer. Choose a question, give it some space and let everyone decide how much to share.
Before you begin
Make sure everyone wants to play. Agree that anyone can skip, listen or stop without explaining. This beta is for adults. With other people, use one shared screen; on a call, one person can read the question aloud.
Choose Solo, Couples, Friends / Groups or Family. For a first session, start the Journey at Level 1. You can also choose a short session at one level; the later levels become more personal.
One question at a time
- Read the question. Think quietly or take turns answering aloud. Nobody has to type or submit an answer.
- Pause for reflection. Use the reflection to notice what came up. Listen without interrupting or turning someone’s answer into advice.
- Choose whether to go deeper. The extra prompt is optional. Going straight to the next question is equally welcome.
- Check in at the end of a level. A Journey offers a pause after two questions you have continued past. Choose together whether to move deeper or finish.
Skipping selects another available question at the same level. It never moves you deeper on its own. If you run out of questions at that level, the game offers a choice about what happens next.
The six layers
- 01
Present self
Small joys, interests and the things that make you, you.
- 02
Patterns
Notice how you respond, communicate and find your rhythm.
- 03
Origin
Explore influences and experiences, choosing what feels comfortable.
- 04
Meaning & choice
Look at what you value and the choices that feel your own.
- 05
Action
Consider small changes that honour your needs and limits.
- 06
Becoming
Explore who you want to be, with room to keep changing.
Depth is an invitation, not a goal everyone has to reach. A session at Level 1 is a complete way to play.
A few agreements that help
- Accept “pass” the first time. Do not ask someone else to answer for that person.
- Let people describe their own experience. Ask before offering advice or follow-up questions.
- Do not record or repeat someone’s answer without their permission.
- If a question does not suit the moment, skip it. You can report a confusing or inappropriate question using its feedback button.
- Stop whenever you want. BTW is a game and is not a substitute for personal support.
Pausing, returning and sharing
Use Home to pause or End to finish. Progress can be saved in this browser so you can resume later. Optional notes stay only in the current page’s memory: download them before refreshing or leaving the page.
Sharing sends a public game or question link. It does not include your answers, notes or private session. You can copy the link, use WhatsApp or open your device’s sharing options where supported.
